Attorney Gerald S. Boisits graduated from Marquette University – School of Law in 1977 and has been practicing law in the state of Wisconsin representing people like you ever since.

In addition to Marquette University, Attorney Boisits is a graduate of Lawrence University and also a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Attorney Boisits has represented clients in most Wisconsin County Circuit Courts and Municipalities. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, he has argued cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.

Community Involvement

As a resident and former Municipal Judge for the City of Muskego, Attorney Boisits is committed to this community and its residents and businesses. He is a member of the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce and has been on its Board of Directors since 1993.

Attorney Boisits is a member of a number of community, civic, and business organizations that support the Muskego area.
